During my stay at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, I experienced a blend of highs and lows. The staff, especially Anthony and Cassandre, provided really good service, going above and beyond to cater to my family's needs. However, the challenges with large families staying at the hotel created disturbances that disrupted our comfort. Despite these issues, the hotel's luxury touches and prime location by Hyde Park stood out to me. Overall, I would consider returning, but perhaps at a different time of year! 🌟✨
